Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the Agile Coach will assist the company to continue its Agile Transformation and ensure that best practice is followed by members of teams, applying Agile Frameworks, and by the stakeholders and other contributors, who need to understand the methods in use.

As well as leading the adoption of Agile practices, the Agile Coach is a senior managerial position with 5 direct reports including Scrum Masters and Senior Scrum Masters, each of whom have further reports. The Agile Coach will work closely with other members of the Agile teams, who report to managers in their own specialisms.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Use their expertise in applying Scrum and Kanban, to facilitate development of multiple inter-related products, and back-office systems

- Guide the teams to fine-tune and improve existing agile practices developing from our recent Agile Transformation

- Continue with Coaching Yell’s development teams, delivery and product managers in agile ways of working, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, setting goals and milestones and being accountable for them.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Reading based Yell.com Engineering team. We are in the process of redesigning our entire infrastructure based on DevOps automation principles and we need someone who can contribute both design and implementation to this transformation.
