  • Kevin Deadman

    Head of Production and Process Quality

    I look after the production which includes managing offshore third-party partners against SLA’s of cost, time and quality. We also work closely with our Onboarding teams to make sure we can get products live in a timely manner to a high standard. I was also fortunate to get the opportunity to spend 2 years in the US working out of Philadelphia and running the US Operations function, whilst there we had our first son, he’s now 6 and I have a 14-month-old little boy too.

    Elite Website Design Team Manager

    I joined Yell back in 2011 as a web designer and worked in various roles in head office. My current role involves managing our team of Elite Website designers who design every Elite site Yell produces ensuring the best quality is achieved. Outside of work I’m a die-hard Bracknell Bees Ice Hockey Club supporter watching all their home games.

  • Eleanor Craig

    Senior Marketing Manager

    I’ve worked at Yell in Marketing Communications and brand since 2011. I manage our B2B social media channels, helping to maintain and improve our Trustpilot reputation through to managing a team of third party bloggers to write engaging and relevant impartial content. Outside of work I love to go bargain hunting at antiques fairs and auctions for treasures for my home (and have even fleetingly appeared on Antiques Roadshow!)

  • Julie Young

    In-Life Team Manager

    I am a telesales manager responsible for helping customers’ businesses to grow through our portfolio of digital products. My experience in the business has spanned from dealing with new customers, to renewing current advertisers, and everything in between. Best part of my job has been experiencing the transformation of Yell from a printed directory business to a digital one stop shop, a very exciting challenge.

    Chief Technology Officer

    I am Yell's Chief Technology Officer and my department are responsible for managing and delivering cutting edge technology to ensure our customers and employees have the best software and tools available to them. Change is the only constant at Yell. Outside of work my main interest is Formula One.

  • Dora Denman

    Head of Recruitment

    I’ve worked at Yell since 2015. My team are responsible for attracting, recruiting and retaining the best talent into Yell. Candidate experience is our priority and hiring people who live and breathe our values is extremely important to me to ensure we have a culture and environment for people to thrive in and enjoy. Outside of Yell I love travelling the world, shopping and spending time with my family, friends and fur sons (dogs).

  • Stephen Niro

    Head of Customer Contact Planning

    My team are responsible for designing and delivering a first-class customer experience. We work with Yell’s operational functions Sales, Production and Customer Service to ensure we have the right strategy in place and set up to deliver. I’ve worked at Yell for 12 years in several Marketing roles. I love cycling and walking the dog when I’m not at work.

  • Tara Nixon

    Head of Channel Marketing & Deployment

    I did my undergraduate placement year with Yell and over the years worked my way up through several Marketing and Sales roles in that time. My team roll out new initiatives and support our various channels from Sales, Operations, Service right through to Partners/Reseller channels. When I’m not at work I’m normally getting dragged out on walks by my 8 stone rottweiler!

  • Yasir Iqbal

    Collections Advisor

    I work within the collections team and it is my role to resolve accounts on a daily basis. It is our responsibility to ensure that payments are being maintained and to resolve any concerns customers may have. The best part of my job is helping people and providing an excellent customer service. I really like to make a difference at Yell and like the feeling when our customers are happy.

  • Sam Harman

    Head of Software Engineering

    I lead the engineering team. I get to work with some of the most enthusiastic and talented engineers I’ve met, and together we spend our days building the best experiences for our customers whether that’s in JavaScript, Swift, or Kotlin. Outside of work I enjoy skiing and playing the drums.

  • Mike Champion

    Customer Relationship Manager

    I work within a team of account managers and I’m responsible for the maintenance of a customer’s advertising both in how it looks and how it performs. The people at Yell are great to work with and the business has a great work life balance ethos. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and holidays abroad.

  • James Evans

    Head of Business Data & Insight

    I’ve worked at Yell back in 2007 left and came back in 2016. My job is to support the business by providing comprehensive data on UK businesses to support both our Sales team and the consumer experience. In addition, I am responsible for providing performance reporting & insight to show how we can continually improve. I have the pleasure of being one of two James Evans’ within the company just to confuse people.

  • Lena McKoy

    Customer Service Executive

    I work within the Policy and Compliance department, It is my role to assist customers who have complex concerns. I endeavour to keep the customers perspective central as this ensures I am able to reach an amicable resolution which maintains the trust between the customer and Yell.

  • Tabitha Scott

    Senior Product Manager

    I manage the development of our digital products and maintain relationships with our suppliers as well as other areas of the business. My favourite part about working for Yell is the opportunities that I’ve had here. I’ve been able to progress and upskill in ways that I wouldn’t in any other large company. Yell have invested in me and my potential, and it means that I’ve found a career path that I love. Interesting fact about me, I grew up in Bermuda!
