    Digital Project Manager

    As a Digital project manager, my role involves managing, monitoring and controlling all aspects relating to the projects I manage and ensuring we are delivering to an agreed time scale and budget. I love the flexibility Yell offers as this ensures good work/life balance and the people who work here are generally friendly and great to work with. Outside of work I am a first soprano singer and a marital relationship coach!

    Lead User Experience Designer

    I work as a lead consultant helping to improve the experience of Yell's digital platforms. My role is to identify problems and come up with recommended solutions to improve our customers experiences with Yell. My role covers a wide range of activities including, user facing research, analytics, design and strategic planning. My hobbies include running, weight lifting, learning about the world wars and scouring London for the best burger joints.

  • Leigh Crowther

    Commercial Finance Manager

    Responsible for controlling all costs, reporting and commercial support to UK Operations, Technology and Print areas. Preparing monthly actual reports & monthly forecasts at the appropriate levels of detail, ensuring complete linkage with sales/marketing/manufacturing assumptions. I have appeared on TV on a show called “TISWAS” with Chris Tarrant and the Phantom Flan Flinger. Before joining Yell, I began flying helicopters with a view to being a helicopter pilot for private VIP’s.

    Senior Technical Innovation Developer

    I work in the Research and development team with Data Scientists, Product Managers and Analysts to build platforms that serve our business needs. My favourite thing about Yell is the people - the sincere appreciation I receive from not only my boss, but also the people I work with. Aside of my job I am an avid supporter of Manchester United. I love watching and following football.

    Telesales Manager

    I am a telesales manager responsible for helping customers’ businesses to grow through our portfolio of digital products. My experience in the business has spanned from dealing with new customers, to renewing current advertisers, and everything in between. Best part of my job has been experiencing the transformation of Yell from a printed directory business to a digital one stop shop, a very exciting challenge.

    I work within a team of account managers and I’m responsible for the maintenance of a customer’s advertising both in how it looks and how it performs. The people at Yell are great to work with and the business has a great work life balance ethos. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and holidays abroad.

    Digital Account Manager – Yell Agency

    I manage High Tier Client Accounts & lead on day-to-day client service in PPC campaigns, SEO & Websites, whilst maintaining good relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to grow client relationships & delivering a better Customer Experience. I develop long/short term plans that meet revenue growth & profit margin targets for my clients. Outside of work, I am a mother of 2, volunteer Radio Presenter, Blogger & Student, interested in Human Psychology & Wellness.

    Business Development Manager

    I joined Yell in 2000 as a Key Account Executive and have undertaken several roles in Marketing, Project Management, Training and Sales. I was promoted as our first BDM in 2013. Yell has given me the opportunity to develop my digital marketing knowledge and to meet some great people along the way. In my spare time I pursue my passion for photography.

    Customer Service Executive

    Day to day I deal with customer issues, with the aim of reaching amicable resolutions that are suitable for both the customer and Yell, ensuring strong relationships are maintained between both parties. As well as this, I also monitor our social media and Trust Pilot pages. This includes capturing any potential customer queries and resolving these urgently.

    Head of Web Engineering

    I run the teams working on the user interface of, ensuring that it does what our users expect it to do, and as quickly as possible. I love people’s insistence on doing the right thing for the website, not just the quick or easy thing. I help to run London Web Standards, do some occasional public speaking on technical topics, and I play hockey for Sonning HC.

    Lead Talent Acquisition Consultant

    I source talented Digital, Operations and Marketing individuals for our Head Office and am heavily involved in delivering internal projects to find new ways of attracting the best talent, building strong business relationships with all stakeholders. Every day is fun. The people are amazing and everyone works so hard to achieve goals. Out of work I love shopping, travelling, drawing, talking about nonsense and am a bit of a socialite.

    Collections Advisor

    I work within the collections team and it is my role to resolve accounts on a daily basis. It is our responsibility to ensure that payments are being maintained and to resolve any concerns customers may have. The best part of my job is helping people and providing an excellent customer service. I really like to make a difference at Yell and like the feeling when our customers are happy.

    My key focus is the implementation of a new CRM platform across all contact channels. A fast paced and ever evolving business driven by a great bunch of talented people. I am also addicted to cycling at the moment!

Yell have invested in me and my potential, and it means that I’ve found a career path that I love. Interesting fact about me, I grew up in Bermuda!

    I am a part of the R&D team. My role involves analysing diverse data sources; visually representing and supporting the big data Hadoop platform. I enjoy my job and also love the Friday food market just opposite the premises. I am fond of travelling; I love cooking and trying new things.

    Digital Content Writer

    I write and edit content for and our many digital products. I also edit the Yell Blog, look after some of Yell’s social media accounts and work within our SEO team on analytics, data and content plans. My favourite part of Yell is being a part of such a strong digital team. Getting to share ideas and learn from so many different experts improves my work and my day. My hobbies include cooking Sichuan Chinese recipes and tracking down well-mixed whisky cocktails.

    I work in the Investigation and Resolutions department assisting customers when an issue is raised. I take pride in keeping the customers perspective central when reaching a resolution which maintains trust between the customer and Yell.

    I think the people I work with here are some the most enthusiastic and talented engineers I’ve met. I can be found mostly developing for iOS / OS X but when I’m not doing that I’ll be skiing or playing the drums.
