We have a fantastic opportunity as an Front Office Executive.

Reporting to the Front Office Manager (Camilla Benjamin),you will be take ownership of multiple activities within the Front Office Team.

Being part of a small team providing knowledge and support to our colleagues with responsibility for resolving queries, locating, and populating information to create excel Space Orders.

All activities to meet customer expectations within agreed timelines with quality and acceptable productivity levels.

Primary Responsibilities/Day to Day Activities:

  • Proactively resolving queries relating to Order Processing, Reject Tasks, Reconciliation of reports, Auto Renewal, and new products/processes - within agreed timescales
  • Management and resolution of “exceptions” created during Sales/Fulfilment process
  • Interaction with internal contacts to resolve queries via telephony, SAP, C4C, Outlook and Teams Chat
  • Creating spreadsheet space orders, or resolving queries for our senior sales personnel
  • Processing of Auto Processing (AP) failures to ensure customer and compliance requirements are adhered too and revenue opportunities are maximized, to include the Sales Reject process
  • Quality checking and validation/reconciliation of data
  • Proactively making recommendations to improve processes and quality
  • Support and assist colleagues and line manager, and to contribute to the group’s effectiveness and team spirit
  • Continually develop own knowledge and skills
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Service and Fulfilment Teams and Offshore colleagues

Required:

  • Proficient level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Time management skills and WIP management to ensure your deadlines/targets are achieved
  • Flexibility to deal with changing workloads and the ability to use own initiative, with a can-do attitude

Preferred:

  • Good knowledge of SAP, C4C and Outlook
  • Aility to manage internal/external customers
