Our Customer Care team is growing, and Yell has an opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Team Manager who will assist in shaping the future road map of our Customer Contact Centre Operation.
This is a remote based opportunity so we are open to applications across the UK and Northern Ireland.
You’ll build, lead, develop and coach a team of Customer Relationship Managers, who support customers who make contact with us through our phone, email or messaging channels.
The position will suit a highly motivated, ambitious and experienced Manager, someone who is dedicated to deliver exceptional Customer Service within a Contact Centre environment and who has a passion to work in the Digital Marketing industry.
