At hibu (Formerly Yell) we are going through an exciting transformation to a digital services business. The focus on technology and digital development has created the need for a Technology Recruiter to join our team, initially on a 6 month fixed term contract but with the strong possibility of a permanent role at the end of the 6 months.

You will need a strong understanding of Java development, mobile application development (Android, iPhone & iPad) automation testing and support/systems engineering. As the Lead Technology Recruiter you will be expected to have excellent stakeholder management skills, the ability to understand the importance of an end to end process and managing this through it's entirety from vacancy sign-off to on-boarding.

We currently operate a direct hiring model with minimal agency usage, you will have access to a LinkedIn Recruiter account, job boards & databases and If you can bring an understanding of utilising social media for candidate attraction and engagement it would be an added plus!
