Our Belfast call centre is expanding!

We want talented, target driven sales individuals who are committed to delivering high quality sales over the phone on our full range of digital marketing services, resulting in profitable, satisfied customers and in return, we offer a very competitive base salary and excellent bonus potential.

The position will suit applicants with a demonstrable background in B2B & B2C telesales or a leadership role, preferably, within the digital marketing space.

Opportunity for hybrid working when you pass your accreditation

The role

  • Sourcing new customers from your own research and lead generation.
  • Calling potential customers to introduce Yell and our services, with the view to selling our products in a consultative and engaging way.
  • Working all leads in a timely manner, taking ownership to achieve required conversion rates and average order value targets.
  • Conducting a business review with each customer by gaining a full and detailed understanding of their business goals for the coming months and years.
  • Using your experience and knowledge to suggest digital solutions to the customer from Yell’s Product Portfolio to help them achieve their business goals.
  • Closing sales in line with your targets.

What you need

  • Demonstrable top 20% performance with experience in a B2B or B2C outbound sales role.
  • Sales focussed with the motivation and resilience to take ownership of your interactions with customers and exceed targets
  • Digital marketing industry knowledge preferred but not essential
  • Positive, can do attitude
  • Self-motivated and organised with a passion for helping others and delivering a first class customer service
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to easily build rapport to effectively promote our products and solutions
