Our Scarborough office is our Customer Service hub and we look for Customer Service Executives who can showcase an outstanding customer experience on every call. Successful applicants will be taken through a first-class training induction to teach you all there is to know about our products and services. We offer flexibility at Yell and strive to ensure our employees have working hours and an atmosphere that best suits their lifestyle so Full time and Part time hours are an option.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Building great relationships with our customers over the telephone and online to offer them digital marketing advise post sale.
  • Communicating with our customers to ensure their on-onboarding process is as smooth and efficient throughout their journey with us.
  • Sharing your digital product knowledge with customers to ensure they fully understand the product benefits and how it will work for them.
  • Delivering excellent customer service always.

  • Eager to learn and develop own skills, knowledge and career.
  • A confident communicator with the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
  • Bright and enthusiastic with the ability to solve problems.
  • Phone-based customer service experience would be advantageous.
