Our head office's corporate functions are integral to the success of the business. From Product Development to Finance, HR and Operations, all of our teams pride themselves on a collaborative work ethic and a unique determination to succeed. Yell is a flexible and forward-thinking business and this is very much reflected in all of our people.

Key Business Areas:

Customer Services – Customer service is at the forefront of Yell’s business. With such a wide range of products, our customers expect a high level of customer care to enable them to understand their options. We are always on the lookout for talented individuals that are committed to continuously improving the way we interact with our customers.

Operations – Our UK Operations team play a vital part in the business. From Web Designers to Videographers, QAs to copywriters; the team are focused on providing the customer with a world class offering; across digital and print. We focus on delivering the best marketing tools bespoke to the customers’ needs.

Technology & Product Engineering - Our technical teams are essential to the day to day running of the business, as well as the improvement and growth of our infrastructure and to support both our internal and external customers. From first line support to build engineers, data centre managers and architects, all the way through to android/iOS developers – they demonstrate a tireless commitment to continuous improvement throughout their work.

Marketing – The Marketing function encompasses many teams supporting Yell’s online, mobile and printed product ranges as well as providing shared services for all the sales and marketing teams. CRM, Direct Marketing and Brand Communications are some of the key areas that form our global and UK Marketing business units.

Finance & Procurement – Finance and Procurement is the custodian of all of Yell's assets and ensures that the business is compliant with financial regulations as well as reporting requirements. They act as a business partner in the decision making process and lend commercial support if and when required. We recruit a variety of roles in this area including auditors, procurement management, commercial finance analysts and financial accountants.

Legal – The corporate legal team has responsibility for ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and codes of best practice. From informing the business about changes in the law, to facilitating good governance, we aim to work to the highest standards.

Talent Acquisition & HR – Our HR function ensures that as we evolve as a business, our people remain at the core of what we do. Recruiting, retaining and progressing our employees is fundamental to who we are. Areas of our HR function include but are not limited to; Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Benefits & Reward and Talent Acquisition.
